Site Inspection
We start by studying and inspecting your
building site or job to develop a clear and solid plan for takeover.
Roster & Scopes
Our team creates a tailored roster for each
building site, delegating at least two cleaners per building, including a
site manager, with a detailed scope of work.
Deep Clean
All building sites and new contracts receive a
deep clean before commencing, ensuring a fresh and clean slate.
Monitoring and Managing
Our sites are inspected weekly by our Regional
Manager, with all issues reported and resolved in collaboration with site
and building managers.

2017
Covellis Cleaning Founded
Director Josh Covelli opened Covellis Cleaning, starting with small End of Lease jobs, gaining expertise in chemicals, machinery, and steam cleaning.
2020
Expansion and Growth
Covellis Cleaning expanded, taking on medical clinics, venues, and small apartment complexes, building on experience with smaller jobs.
2025
